The objective is to equip students with practical, employable, and future-ready skills aligned with current global technology standards while generating sustainable revenue and enhancing the institution's academic reputation.

DFS DevForge will serve as the technical training partner, responsible for curriculum design, instruction, assessments, project supervision, certification, and professional examination enrolment, while collaborating closely with the school administration to ensure smooth delivery and student success.

2Instructor Profile & Training Team Expertise

DFS DevForge delivers its programs through a qualified and coordinated training team led by Reginald Alexis Samson, a Full-Stack Web Developer and Cybersecurity Professional. Instruction shall not be limited to a single facilitator; rather, courses will be delivered by DFS DevForge's team of skilled instructors, each assigned based on subject-matter expertise.

The DFS DevForge training team collectively possesses experience in:

  • Cybersecurity fundamentals and secure systems
  • UI/UX design and creative technologies

All instructors engaged by DFS DevForge shall operate under standardized curricula, quality assurance guidelines, and performance oversight to ensure consistency, professionalism, and high instructional standards across all courses.

4Course Structure

Duration 3 months per course
Schedule 2 sessions per week (3 hours per session)

Class Segmentation

Junior Secondary Section Introductory and foundational technology skills, simplified concepts, guided practical activities, creativity-focused learning, and early exposure to digital tools.
Senior Secondary Section Advanced technical concepts, industry-aligned projects, deeper practical work, certification preparation, and professional skill development.

5Certification & Professional Examinations

  • DFS DevForge shall be fully responsible for issuing Certificates of Completion to students who successfully complete the training programs.
  • Certificates shall be awarded at SSCE graduation level as formal recognition of students' acquired technical skills.
  • DFS DevForge shall also facilitate, enroll, and prepare students for relevant professional technology examinations and certifications based on their chosen skill paths.
  • Professional certifications may include (but are not limited to) globally or industry-recognized credentials in software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analysis, data engineering, animation, robotics, and AI-related skills.
  • Any external examination or certification fees shall be communicated clearly and may be paid separately by students or parents, as applicable.

6Payment & Revenue Structure

Student Fee: ₦10,000 per student per month, payable to the school management

Revenue Sharing Model

DFS DevForge: 80% of total monthly student fees

School Administration: 20% of total monthly student fees

Justification: DFS DevForge bears responsibility for curriculum design, instructional delivery (via its training team), assessments, certification, professional exam enrolment, technical resources, and project supervision, while the school provides facilities, promotion, and administrative support.

Remittance Timeline: The school shall remit DFS DevForge's share within 5 business days of fee collection.

Fee Review Clause: Student fees and revenue-sharing percentages shall be reviewed after the first 6 months by mutual agreement, subject to enrollment growth and market conditions.

7Responsibilities

DFS DevForge Responsibilities

  • Deploy qualified instructors from its training team
  • Design and deliver industry-standard course content
  • Facilitate hands-on projects and practical sessions
  • Assess students and provide structured feedback
  • Issue certificates of completion at SSCE graduation level
  • Prepare, enroll, and guide students for professional technology certifications
  • Submit periodic progress reports to the administration

School Administration Responsibilities

  • Provide learning facilities or virtual platforms
  • Promote and market the programs to prospective students
  • Handle student enrolment and fee collection
  • Support administrative coordination during certification and graduation
  • Acknowledge receipt of remitted funds

Priority Support Top-Priority (Tier-A) Customer Support, ensuring expedited response times and dedicated technical assistance.
Early Access Early access to future updates, enhancements, and optional integrations related to the School Management System.

9Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All course materials, lesson plans, training resources, certification frameworks, and proprietary software developed by DFS DevForge remain its intellectual property. The school is granted permission to use these materials and discounted software only for the duration and scope of this partnership, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
